What’s New

2018 Offering Envelopes are available, please make

sure to pick them up in the Church narthex.

EMERGENCIES AND WORSHIP

We can’t predict, but we can prepare.
Weekday emergency weather related cancellation of programs and rehearsals and
meetings will be tied to what the Hamburg Area School District is doing for the day.
If HASD cancels or lets out early, then all church programming is suspended for the day.
This eliminates the need for multiple phone calls, hopefully everyone understands.

Sunday morning cancellations will be a decision made between the Pastor and Council
President.  It is more likely that the Sunday morning schedule would be abbreviated: No
8 am service and no sunday School, which would provide time to clear the parking lot and walks.

For large groups, or for Sunday school and Worship Events, cancellations will be posted
on Channel 69’s web site: www.wfmz.com. (click on “Weather” then “School and Business Closings”,
then select the Letter “Z” and check for Zion’s in the listing.

Information will also be on our Facebook page:
Zion’s Evangelical Lutheran Church of Perry Township.

If you’re not sure about a scheduled event,
simply call the Church at 610-562-3112.

Please check with Church Office.
We may just have your lost item.

(Children’s toys, hat, mug, jewelry)
Just a reminder, unclaimed lost and found
items will be sold at the Bazaar flea market.

The Labyrinth is an ancient tool for reflection on

room for error and forgiveness.

Phase I – installation of the “Labyrinth” is complete.
Phase II – will begin in the spring with the addition of
landscape and accessories, such as benches, a possible fountain, shrubs, etc. – Help
