The Christian Education Committee shall oversee the congregation’s program of providing opportunities
for all its members, which will enable them to grow in Christian faith, life, and understanding.
The Christian Education Committee, through the Sunday school, Catechetic program,
pre-Communion training, Vacation Church School, and other appropriate channels,
shall seek to help the congregation to receive, respond to, and participate in God’s
continuing activity and revelation in Jesus Christ as its members live out their lives as
disciples of our Lord.
It provides opportunities for Christian education for adults and youth in the congregation.
It organizes the structure to facilitate Sunday school, the Christmas program, Vacation Bible
School, Confirmation, inter-generational events and adult Bible study with a sincere interest
in mentoring the next generation.
