Girl Scouts

Girls Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.

The young ladies are involved in many activities such as local and extended trips, camping trips, community service projects, an annual nut and candy sale (Nov.) and the world famous cookie sale (Jan.).

There’s a Girl Scout Sunday to honor the troop in March.
Also the girls choose and plan interesting projects
which results in the awarding of badges

All girls in the Hamburg School District and surrounding area are invited to join a troop.

Please contact Girls Scouts of Eastern PA office for more membership information:

The Promise

The Law

On my honor I will try: I will do my best to be honest and fair
To serve “God” and my country, friendly and helpful
To help people at all times. considerate and caring.
And to live by the Girl Scout Law. courageous and strong
and responsible for what I say and do
and to respect myself and others,
respect authority,
use resources wisely
make the world a better place
and be a sister to every Girl Scout
